1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver products nationwide across Bangladesh, including:
- Inside Dhaka
- Outside Dhaka (All major cities, districts, and selected rural areas)
Delivery availability depends on our courier partners’ service areas.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Friday or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Order processing includes verification, packaging, and handover to the courier service.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time may vary depending on location and external factors.
- Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days
- Outside Dhaka: 3–7 working days
Please note:
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Unexpected delays may occur due to weather, political situations, strikes, courier issues, or natural disasters.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery location and order weight.
- The exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment.
- Free Delivery offers, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned on:

- Promotional banners

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in selected areas across Bangladesh.
- COD eligibility depends on courier service availability.
- Customers must pay the full order amount at the time of delivery.
⚠️ Repeated order cancellations or refusal to accept COD orders may result in COD restriction for future purchases.
6. Order Confirmation
- After placing an order, our team may contact you via phone call or SMS to confirm order details.
- Orders may be cancelled if:
- Phone number is unreachable
- Order confirmation fails
- Customer requests cancellation before shipment
7. Delivery Attempt & Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing a correct and complete delivery address
- Ensuring someone is available to receive the order
- Keeping the phone number active during delivery days
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Unreachable phone number
- Customer unavailability
Re-delivery charges may apply.
8. Failed Delivery & Return to Origin
If an order is returned to us due to customer-related issues:
- The customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-delivery
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting courier charges
9. Order Tracking
- Tracking information may be shared via SMS or phone call, depending on the courier.
- Customers can contact our support team to check order status if tracking details are not received.
10. Product Inspection at Delivery
- Customers are advised to check the package in front of the delivery person.
- If the product is damaged or incorrect, inform the courier immediately and contact our support team.
⚠️ Complaints raised after accepting delivery may not be eligible for return.
11. Partial or Split Shipments
- In rare cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages due to stock or courier limitations.
- Customers will be informed if this occurs.
12. Delayed Delivery
AeroShop BD is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier service issues
- Natural disasters
- Political unrest
- National holidays
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
However, we will always assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery issues.
