1. Introduction
Thank you for shopping at AERO Brand (“we”, “us”, “aeroshopbd.com”). We are committed to selling high-quality products. However, we understand that issues can happen.
This policy defines your rights and obligations when returning products, including Fashion Items (Clothing, Shoes) and Electronic Items (Gadgets, Accessories).
2. General Return Conditions
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused & Unworn: No signs of usage, dirt, or damage.
- Original Packaging: Must include all original boxes, tags, warranty cards, and manuals.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide your Order ID or Invoice.
3. MANDATORY: The “Unboxing Video” Rule
To protect our customers and our business from fraud, this step is compulsory.
If you receive a product that is Damaged, Broken, Missing Parts, or Wrong, you MUST provide a continuous, unedited video of you opening the package.
Video Requirements:
- Start recording before cutting the courier bag/box.
- Clearly show the Shipping Label.
- Show the product condition and the specific defect.
- Without this video, AERO Brand reserves the right to REJECT your claim.
4. Category-Specific Policies
A. Fashion & Clothing (Size & Style)
We understand that fit and feel are important.
- Size Exchange: If the item does not fit, we will happily exchange it for another size.
- Condition: You must pay the Return Delivery Charge + New Delivery Charge.
- Exception: If we sent the wrong size, we pay all delivery charges.
- Color Variance: Please note that product colors may look slightly different in reality due to studio lighting or mobile screen settings. Slight color variations are NOT eligible for a refund, but may be exchanged (customer pays delivery).
- Hygiene Rules: For health reasons, we DO NOT accept returns on:
- Undergarments (Boxers, Briefs, Panties)
- Socks
- Swimwear
B. Electronic Items & Gadgets
Electronics have specific return rules to ensure quality.
- Dead on Arrival (DOA): If the device does not turn on or work immediately upon opening, we will replace it instantly (Unboxing Video Required).
- Manufacturing Defects: If the product malfunctions within the warranty period (if applicable), we will repair or replace it.
- Seal Broken: Once the factory seal/box is opened, we cannot accept returns for “Change of Mind” or “I don’t like it anymore.”
- User Damage: The policy does not cover:
- Water damage.
- Physical damage (drops/cracks).
- Voltage fluctuation damage (burnt circuits).
- Original Box: You MUST keep the original box and accessories to claim a warranty or return.
5. Refund Policy (Money Back)
We offer refunds only if we cannot provide a replacement or if the item is out of stock.
- Method: Refunds are processed via bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer. We do not provide cash refunds.
- Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Deductions:
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- If you received “Free Shipping” and return the item for a refund, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
