Welcome to the AERO Brand Help Center. Here are answers to the most common questions we receive.


Ordering & Account

1. How do I place an order?

It’s easy!

  1. Browse our website and click on the product you like.
  2. Select your Size or Color and click “Add to Cart”.
  3. Go to your Cart, check your items, and click “Checkout”.
  4. Enter your Name, Address, and Phone Number.
  5. Choose your payment method (COD or bKash/Nagad) and click “Place Order”.

2. Do I need an account to order?

No, you can place an order as a Guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders and save your address for faster checkout next time.

3. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order strictly before we dispatch it. Once the courier has picked up the parcel, we cannot cancel it. Please call us immediately at +880 1711752216 to request a cancellation.


Shipping & Delivery

4. What are your delivery charges?

  • Inside Dhaka: 60 BDT
  • Outside Dhaka: 120 BDT(Note: Delivery charges may vary for heavy items or during special promotions.)

5. How long does delivery take?

  • Inside Dhaka: 2-3 Days
  • Outside Dhaka: 3-5 DaysDelivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, or political situations.

6. Can I check the product before paying (Open Box Delivery)?

Currently, we do not offer Open Box Delivery. However, we have a strict 7-Day Return Policy. If you have any issues, you can return the product easily.


Payment Methods

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay the delivery man when you receive the product.
  • Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
  • Bank Transfer: Direct bank deposit (contact us for details).

8. Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Yes. We use secure, SSL-encrypted third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card details.


Returns & Refunds

9. What is your Return Policy?

You can return an item within 7 days if:

  • It is damaged, defective, or the wrong product.
  • It is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Important: You MUST record an Unboxing Video to claim a refund for damage/missing items.

10. Can I exchange a size if it doesn’t fit?

Yes! If you ordered the wrong size, we can exchange it. You will need to pay the Return Delivery Charge + New Delivery Charge. If we sent the wrong size, we pay the charges.

11. How do I get my refund?

Refunds are processed via bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer within 7-10 working days after we receive your returned product. We do not provide cash refunds.


Fashion & Electronics Specifics

12. Do electronic items have a warranty?

  • Brand Warranty: If the product comes with an official brand warranty (e.g., Xiaomi, Realme), you can claim it at their authorized service centers.
  • Replacement: We offer a 7-Day Replacement Warranty for manufacturing defects (Dead on Arrival).
  • Note: Warranty does not cover physical damage or water damage.

13. The color of the shirt looks different in the photo.

We try our best to show accurate colors. However, due to studio lighting and different mobile screens, the actual color may vary slightly. Slight color variations are not eligible for a refund.
